Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your data is Duotec Soluções Digitais, Miguel Martins Rocha, with tax number (NIF) PT296119016 and registered office at Rua Dr José Henriques Vareda 30 4ºDRT, 2410-122 Leiria.

What data we collect

When you fill in the contact form, we receive:

  • your name and your email;
  • your phone number, if you choose to give it;
  • the kind of help you are looking for and the message you write to us;
  • the address of the page you came to our website from, when your browser provides it.

We also count visits to the website anonymously (pages viewed, country and type of device), without cookies and without identifying who is visiting.

What we use it for

We use the details from the form to reply to your request and prepare the quote you asked for. We do so because you were the one who asked us to get in touch.

The anonymous statistics are only there to help us understand how the website is used and to improve it.

We do not send advertising or newsletters to people who contact us through the form.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for [retention period]. If we work together, the details needed for invoicing are kept for as long as the law requires.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or hand over your data. For the website to work, we rely on two companies that process it on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare, which hosts the website and counts visits anonymously;
  • Telegram, through which we receive the messages sent from the form.

These companies may process data outside the European Union. [State the safeguards that apply to those transfers.]

Your rights

At any time and free of charge, you can:

  • find out what data we hold about you and ask for a copy;
  • ask us to correct or delete it;
  • ask us to restrict its use, or object to it.

Just write to geral@duotec.pt. We reply within one month at most.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados) at cnpd.pt.
